Luna Gayeski

Prevention Specialist

Luna Gayeski is a graduate of Drexel University’s Behavioral Health Counseling program whose personal experience as an individual in healthy recovery drives their passion for prevention education.

Luna accumulated years of experience having innovative and empowering conversations with youth at The Rowe Center as a Camp Director. At The Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia, they worked as an HIV Medical Case Manager, honing clinical skills and conducting behavioral interventions with individuals in high-risk environments. Facilitating and managing a nationwide Peer Support Group Program at Plume, Luna became an expert in the art of productive conversations and active listening.

While serving as Program Manager behind the scenes, Luna has brought their student-driven pedagogy to multiple continents as a Prevention Specialist – making sure to track down the best vegetarian buffets and skateparks in their travels. Luna is a multi-instrumentalist who relishes the cathartic and spontaneous elements of music.
